Traditional Dutch delicacies (lekker) will be available at the park: Fresh Herring flown in from Holland (served with onions and eaten by the tail), kroketten (deep fried breaded beef ragout filling), frikandellen (Dutch hot dog), patat friet (Dutch fries served with mayo), stroopwafels (freshly made), poffertjes (Dutch dollar pancakes), Dutch cookies and all kinds of imported pre-packed foods. Of course beer brewery Heineken will be serving our national pride, ice cold.
